It will be great if there's a visibility of Exit chats with real time analytics as a part of Amber's dashboard

Need to add a bulk upload option for hi-perfs to be added to Amber watchlist

At times, employees end up asking questions to Amber due to various reasons and she accepts it as a valid input. This causes some feedback leakage. She should interpret a question and act accordingly.

Anonymous Bat access is restricted to super-admins only. Most of these users are senior leaders in the company who mostly visit the dashboard for analytics and don't get enough time to respond to all anonymous messages. An option to give Anonymous Bat access to certain sub-admins will be helpful. We want 0 messages to get missed.

In a bid to quickly finish their feedback conversation, some employees give short evasive answers to move to the next question. Amber can probe further in such conversations.

Our HR team also wants to talk to Amber! Our organization is pretty big with about 5000 employees and it is really important for us to track and measure this experience internally within the HR team as well. Please provide an option for us to chat with Amber too. :)
