TextSens - Our cool new text analytics module

Here's what it does:

 It automatically goes through all your feedback and creates categories basis the most spoken about areas. 
Analysis:
 It further shows the percentage of negative comments under each topic. 
Filters:
 You can filter comments basis each topic and take a structured approach to how you go through feedback
Custom Search:
 You can search for a word and see what all has been said about it
